Uganda II

From snow, white winter and temperatures way below zero in Norway, we have once again spent a very long day in both enormous and loud, and very small and packed places. We have returned to the Pearl of Africa! It’s amazing how one remembers sounds and smells, and how they bring out thoughts and feelings from earlier experiences. Uganda smells the same and looks the same. The people act and talk in the same way. The music and rythms in the streets are still on the same beat. We are back! Only this time, we have been here before. The hotel staff welcomed us with smiles and open arms. We have returned to a well-known territory.
